Key Responsibilities
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures safely according to design specifications.
- Interpret scaffold drawings, designs, and risk assessments.
- Load, unload, and transport scaffolding equipment.
- Inspect scaffolding structures to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Tag scaffolds according to site procedures.
- Work at heights safely with full PPE and fall protection measures.
- Liaise with site management and other trades to coordinate scaffolding needs.
- Adhere to site health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
- CISRS Card (Part 1, Part 2, or Advanced Scaffolder qualification).
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Scaffolder.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations, especially working at height.
- Own full PPE (hard hat, safety boots, hi-vis, gloves, harness).
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Right to work in the UK.
